Through my PhD experience and speaking to other PhD students, I have found that conducting and writing the Literature Review chapter can be extremely daunting and confusing. I have created this simplified 3-step guide to help ease the process. I have carefully provided headings in each section so you know what information to record from each article you read. Part A is a template for tracking key literature and grey literature. Part B will help you analyse rather than summarise/describe texts critically. Part C helps you plan your literature review structure based on identified themes.
